Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Management: Assist the ASM/BM in setting and achieving sales targets while guiding and motivating the sales team.
  • Market Insights: Gather and maintain competitive information to strategize effectively.
  • Product Availability: Ensure optimal product replenishment and manage product shelf life efficiently.
  • Client Relationship: Maintain strong relations with Modern Trade/Wholesale customers.
  • Route Planning: Collaborate on optimizing daily routes for maximum productivity.
  • Credit Management: Adhere to company credit policies ensuring timely payments.
  • Training: Train new hires and support their development.
  • Reporting: Ensure accurate data entry and reporting in line with company policies.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum high school diploma, vocational degree in business, marketing or finance preferred.
  • 5 years Van Sales experience or 2 years in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and people management skills.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
