As a Telephone Operator, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a professional and customer-focused response. Your role is essential in creating memorable experiences during their stay.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive Guest calls warmly and professionally.
  • Communicate effectively with relevant departments to ensure seamless service.
  • Address queries politely, consistently exceeding expectations.
  • Greet guests by name during calls, adhering to our standards.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of hotel services and local offerings.
  • Utilize the Opera Guest profile system to enhance guest interactions.
  • Manage long-distance call vouchers and maintain accurate call records.
  • Ensure prompt and efficient guest wake-up calls.
  • Operate the switchboard efficiently for internal and external calls.
  • Take messages for guests and management as per standards.
  • Comply with environmental, health, and safety standards.
