About the Role

Chalhoub Group is seeking a Store Manager for By Kilian to join our team in Jeddah or Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is responsible for ensuring the store achieves optimal commercial performance and delivers an exceptional customer experience. The role also involves driving both candidate and employee satisfaction through strategic employee and customer experience initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead customer experience initiatives within the store.
  • Plan for team member succession readiness.
  • Develop team talent through on-the-job training and extended assignments, in coordination with the Employee Relations Partner.
  • Enhance employee satisfaction through employee initiatives, culture, and experience.
  • Oversee daily operations related to visual merchandising, retail Point of Sale (POS) compliance, sales team schedules, and commissions.
  • Provide in-store support, including managing privileges as per business needs.
  • Act as the main point of contact for back-office operations.
  • Ensure e-commerce purchase and in-store pickup operations are conducted according to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Ensure the information team obtains customer data in line with marketing team requirements.
  • Promote the MUSE loyalty program and ensure team members are familiar with app offers.
  • Ensure the store team is aligned towards achieving common goals.
  • Promote omnichannel sales strategies.
  • Drive store revenue targets against actual revenue.
  • Increase full-price sales.
  • Provide feedback on effective and ineffective operational matters.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail store management.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • An inspiring leadership personality capable of guiding a team towards achieving objectives.
