***** is a technology-enabled mobility company providing innovative fleet management, vehicle subscription, and transportation solutions across Saudi Arabia. We are seeking a full-time Accountant to join our team in Jeddah, Makkah. This role is essential for supporting the company's financial operations and ensuring accurate financial management.

Role Summary

The Accountant will be responsible for managing the company's day-to-day accounting activities. This includes ensuring the accuracy of financial records, supporting month-end reporting processes, and maintaining full compliance with Saudi accounting and tax regulations. The successful candidate must possess practical experience with Odoo ERP and be capable of managing accounting processes effectively within a dynamic business environment.

Core Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger accounts.
• Record and reconcile daily financial transactions using Odoo ERP.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and management reports.
• Reconcile bank accounts and company balances.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow monitoring activities.
• Prepare VAT returns and ensure compliance with ZATCA requirements.
• Manage fixed assets, prepayments, accruals, and journal entries.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors as required.
• Maintain supporting documentation and implement accounting controls.
• Support procurement, purchase orders, and expense management within Odoo.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in an accounting role.
• Demonstrated practical experience using Odoo ERP is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of Saudi accounting principles and tax regulations.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Compensation and Employment Details

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The inclusive monthly salary for this role is SAR 6,000.
