About the Role

Agoda is seeking a motivated Analyst/Senior Analyst to join its B2B Digital Marketing team. This role is central to connecting people with destinations and experiences globally through innovative travel solutions. As part of Agoda, a company founded in 2005 and now a part of Booking Holdings, you will contribute to a data-driven and technology-focused culture. The B2B Digital Marketing team operates within Agoda's B2B Marketing organization, responsible for executing high-quality, scalable marketing campaigns for partners across B2B2C channels. Collaboration with Commercial, Product, Data, and regional Marketing teams is key to ensuring efficient campaign execution, clear performance measurement, and the delivery of actionable, data-driven recommendations that create value for both Agoda and its partners. The team aims to balance operational excellence with growth impact by building repeatable, scalable frameworks that support numerous partners while providing tailored insights.

Due to ongoing expansion, multiple analyst roles are available within the marketing team, focusing on various marketing channels. While the specific scope will vary by channel, core functions will involve experimentation, campaign optimization, modeling, and insightful reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Experiment with and optimize campaign performance, including ads/campaign structures and bidding & pricing strategies on platforms such as Google, Bing, Tripadvisor, Trivago, and other search engines.
  • Adapt to new product features and implement changes derived from successful tests.
  • Analyze vast amounts of data generated by experiments to develop predictive models using data science techniques, such as understanding the impact of large-scale TV campaigns on bookings or demand elasticity from pricing optimization.
  • Liaise with product teams regarding the implementation roadmap for data-driven insights and models.
  • Build dashboards to track performance, derive insights, understand growth levers, and communicate recommendations via presentations to stakeholders.
  • Conduct reporting and analysis to inform strategic decisions and identify key performance drivers.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher from a top university in a quantitative subject such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Business, or Science.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis, preferably gained from top-tier consulting, investment banking, private equity, or a strategy/business role within a fast-growing global tech company.
  • The ability to move fast and be efficient, making decisions based on objective evidence rather than subjective intuition.
  • An innate desire to take ownership, make a significant impact, and influence outcomes.
  • Excellent organizational skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

  • Ability to work autonomously and effectively.
  • Experience in digital marketing or e-commerce is highly desirable.

  • Strong, in-depth knowledge and practical experience with fiber and copper solutions, racks, containment systems, and cable management.
  • Previous experience working effectively with consultants, end-users, contractors, system integrators, and distributors.
  • Fluency in both spoken and written Arabic and English is essential.
