About The Role
As an Assistant Manager - Housekeeping, you will oversee housekeeping attendants to ensure that our high standards of service are consistently met. Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Supervising and coordinating housekeeping services efficiently.
  • Interacting with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and supplies.
  • Maintaining detailed records of cleaning activities and managing out-of-order rooms.
  • Conducting inspections of public areas and rooms to ensure cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Handling guest complaints and reporting issues to management.
  • Assisting with inventory management to ensure adequate resources are available.

About You
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality or a relevant field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in a junior management role within housekeeping at a luxury hotel.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • A certificate in HS&E is desirable.
