The Barista Role

WISTER is seeking a Barista to join its team in Jeddah. This is a full-time, on-site position focused on the preparation and service of coffee, specialty beverages, and other menu items. The Barista ensures that all products consistently meet WISTER's established quality and presentation standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Operate coffee machines and all related beverage preparation equipment.
• Handle food preparation for beverages and light menu items.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation at all times.
• Interact directly with guests, providing friendly and efficient service.
• Answer customer questions regarding the menu.
• Support overall restaurant operations as needed, including collaboration with kitchen and front-of-house team members.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 year of experience in a similar role is required.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Demonstrated commitment to food quality, speed, and customer satisfaction.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Jeddah, within the Makkah region of Saudi Arabia. The role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as operational demands dictate.
