Join Johnson Controls as a Business Development Manager!
In this pivotal role, you will report directly to the Global Business Development Leader and closely collaborate with the KSA team. Based in Jeddah, your mission is to drive demand for Fire Detection products by connecting with consultants, contractors, developers, and end users from the specification stage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and nurture long-term relationships with high-profile customers.
  • Promote Fire Detection solutions while enhancing brand awareness in your territory.
  • Deliver technical seminars, presentations, and product demos.
  • Use your technical expertise to advise consultants and developers on design and specifications.
  • Maintain accurate records of opportunities, quotes, and projects.

What We Look For:
  • Minimum 5 years in technical or business development roles with Fire Detection products.
  • Hands-on experience in Fire Detection system design.
  • Strong knowledge of Fire Detection brands.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Proactive, independent, and collaborative mindset.

Purpose and Scope:
Lead the commercial development in accordance with the commercial policy and following the guidelines established by the Business Management and the company's rules.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design business development strategies for the assigned area by monitoring local market access trends, reimbursement strategies, and negotiations for our Care delivery business (dialysis clinics).
- Identification of value services to meet customer needs and build sustainable and profitable commercial proposals.
- High collaboration with operations, sales, marketing, and IT to agree on value propositions and action plans needed for each account.

- Professional experience of at least 3-5 years in clinical solutions/medical devices in key account management and/or market access.
- A strong network of contacts in the regional health authorities is a plus.
- Experience in negotiations with regional health authorities and hospital management is preferred.
