Join Penspen as a Senior Cost Estimation Engineer!
In this role, you will be accountable for the management of the project controls team deployed on various projects within our PMS project in Khafji, Saudi Arabia. You will provide essential project control support to the Project Management team representing the client (Khafji Joint Operations, KJO) and ensure successful delivery of the project/program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project control teams for multiple assignments.
  • Consult on project cost estimation and forecasting issues, providing expert evaluations.
  • Benchmark cost and schedule for upstream oil and gas projects.

Knowledge/Experience Requirements:
  • 12+ years of relevant industry experience, with a minimum of 8 years in project cost estimation for engineering, procurement, and construction in major Oil & Gas/Petrochemical projects.
  • Prior experience in project control management and understanding of contracting types and execution strategies.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and knowledge of Primavera P6.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering in a relevant field.
  • A track record of significant experience in project cost estimation and management.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid understanding of engineering principles and project lifecycle management.
