About the Role: As a Clinical Dietitian at Dr. Soliman Fakeeh Hospital in Jeddah, you will play a crucial role in patient care by performing nutritional assessments and developing dietary plans that meet the health needs of our patients.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Perform nutritional screening and reassessment for patients on therapeutic diets.
  • Discuss patients' cases including food-drug interactions with healthcare professionals.
  • Evaluate appropriateness of enteral nutrition support.
  • Conduct patient education on nutrition with patients, families, and staff.
  • Develop nutrition care plans and monitor patient's responses.
  • Provide discharge diet instructions for inpatients.
  • Participate in diet menu approvals and modifications.
  • Attend department and clinical meetings.
  • Adhere to safety policies and report concerns.
  • Perform miscellaneous duties as required.

Job Requirements/Qualifications:
  • * in medical nutrition therapy with one year internship or equivalent.
  • 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Excellent command of English and Arabic.
  • Saudi Council and Professional License required.
