Role Overview

Leylaty Group is seeking a dedicated Electrician to join its team in Jeddah and Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves ensuring the safe and efficient operation of electrical systems across the company's diverse facilities, including food and beverage operations, hospitality venues, and event halls.

About the Position

The Electrician is responsible for the comprehensive installation, inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of all electrical systems and equipment within Leylaty Group's extensive portfolio. The role's primary objective is to ensure that all electrical installations operate safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with applicable regulations and company standards, thereby supporting uninterrupted business operations across all venues.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, lighting systems, power distribution panels, switches, sockets, and various electrical equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems across kitchens, restaurants, banquet halls, offices, and storage areas.
• Diagnose electrical faults accurately and execute timely repairs to minimize operational downtime.
• Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems to ensure strict compliance with safety standards and local electrical codes.
• Maintain and repair emergency lighting systems, backup power systems, and electrical control panels.
• Provide electrical support for the setup and maintenance requirements of weddings, conferences, and special events.
• Coordinate effectively with other maintenance team members on repair and improvement projects.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspection reports, and work orders.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests during business operations and events.
• Ensure the proper use of electrical tools, equipment, and personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Adhere to all company health, safety, and food safety procedures consistently.
• Recommend improvements to enhance electrical system reliability and energy efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of proven experience as an Electrician in a similar operational environment.
• Demonstrated ability to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair complex electrical systems and equipment.
• Strong understanding of electrical safety standards and local electrical codes.
• This position is open to Saudi nationals.

Work Environment and Expectations

The Electrician will operate across Leylaty Group's diverse portfolio of facilities, including commercial kitchens, restaurants, banquet halls, offices, and event venues located in Jeddah and Makkah. The role requires close coordination with other maintenance team members and a proactive approach to addressing electrical needs. Responsiveness to emergency maintenance requests during business operations and events is also a key expectation.
