About the Role

The Saudi National Bank (SNB) is seeking an Enterprise Architecture Manager to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is responsible for managing and monitoring end-to-end solution development, including the oversight of architectural blueprints as per business requirements, to drive organizational system enhancement.

Architectural Design and Implementation

• Manage and drive the implementation of architectural blueprints, influencing stakeholders and ensuring compliance with architectural standards across various technology domains.
• Support product teams in reliably launching solutions and services.
• Compile, deliver, and communicate end-to-end architectural blueprints and roadmaps by applying expertise to guide the evolution of infrastructure, products, and services.
• Serve as a subject matter expert, collaborating with domain architects through constructive criticism and assessment of initiatives to guide technology strategy and propose ideas to decision-makers.

Solution Delivery and Governance

• Guide delivery leads and solution delivery partners in creating overall solution architecture and provide support in solution development until it goes live, ensuring outcomes align with business expectations.
• Manage infrastructure teams to fit infrastructure to the overall architecture and identify when technical architecture modifications are necessary to accommodate infrastructural needs.
• Provide architecture governance to support the entire project delivery lifecycle, including the pre-initiation phase, and ensure that architectural deliverables are complete and of the required quality.
• Collaborate with business development and key business stakeholders to develop solution proposals and architecture options for review and recommendation.

Capability Building and Vendor Engagement

• Monitor team members on best practices within their area of expertise and communicate enterprise-wide issues to the team to ensure alignment with organizational needs.
• Define technical specifications for RFIs and RFPs for technology and application developers.
• Moderate the technical evaluation of proposals to identify and engage suitable organizations for SNB's systems enhancement.

Team Leadership and Reporting

• Organize and supervise the activities and work of team members to ensure efficient execution within specific project teams, adhering to operating procedures and policies.
• Review and approve statements and reports, ensuring accurate and timely publication to meet operational and business requirements, policies, and standards.

Required Experience

Candidates for this full-time Enterprise Architecture Manager position should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience in enterprise architecture or a related field.
