What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience as an executive, legal, or senior administrative secretary within a law firm or professional services environment.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage complex calendars, prepare legal documentation, and coordinate high-level meetings.
- High attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy.
- Excellent written & spoken English & Arabic.

  • Strong strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is required, proficiency in MS Office is necessary.
