We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and committed individual with exceptional communication skills that prides herself on delivering extraordinary levels of service and providing creative solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the General Manager including confidential matters to ensure smooth operation of the executive office.
  • Compose and prepare routine correspondence and review incoming mail prioritizing for the General Manager.
  • Maintain and organize calendar, meetings, and business trips for the General Manager.
  • Attend meetings to record minutes and follow up on action items.
  • Establish and maintain filing systems and database of business contacts.

Requirements:
  • College diploma in secretarial training with relevant previous experience.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English.
  • Sufficient typing skills with a minimum of 60wpm accurately.

Ideal Candidate:
  • Courteous and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Discreet with high confidentiality levels.
  • Outgoing, proactive and able to work under pressure.

Job Summary:

  • Maintain and review the general ledger and chart of accounts within Matrix ERP.
  • Coordinate and prepare all documentation required for external audits.
  • Develop and implement internal controls and accounting policies to maintain accuracy and compliance.
  • Ensure accounting processes adhere to IFRS and SOCPA standards.
  • Prepare and file accurate monthly/quarterly VAT returns through the ZATCA e-services portal.
  • Develop and implement an annual internal audit plan to assess financial, operational, and compliance risks.
  • Prepare corporate financial statements for management review.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance; professional certification (SOCPA/CPA).
  • 5+ years of experience in financial reporting and compliance roles, preferably in real estate.
  • Proficient in Matrix ERP and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS, ZATCA regulations, and local tax law.
  • High attention to accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.
