POSITION SUMMARY:
You will be responsible for achieving area sales objectives by category, volume, and value, while ensuring execution excellence in the field sales team. Develop and manage key business relationships, drive sales strategies, and achieve targets effectively.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Ensure that core distribution, coverage, and visibility objectives are met.
  • Develop, negotiate, implement, and monitor Customer Business Plans.
  • Maintain up-to-date tracking of sales achievements, team performance, and competition information.
  • Lead and motivate the Field Sales Team through effective management and training.
  • Build long-term business relationships with customers.

ARE YOU A FIT?
Ideal candidates should possess:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field.
  • 34 years of experience in Field Sales, preferably in FMCG.
  • Strong English/Arabic communication skills.
  • Problem-solving capabilities and analytical skills.
  • Financial awareness and planning skills.
  • Results-focused mindset with strong coaching abilities.

  • Proven ability to engage with senior executives and deliver outcomes amid challenges.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
