About the Role

Esnad Contracting is seeking an experienced HSE Coordinator to join their team in the Makkah Region, specifically supporting projects in Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time position involves ensuring the effective implementation and continuous improvement of the project's Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Management System.

Key Responsibilities

The HSE Coordinator will be responsible for a range of critical functions to maintain a safe and compliant project environment. This includes:

• Developing and maintaining comprehensive HSE documentation, such as HSE Plans, Procedures, Risk Assessments (RA), Job Safety Analyses (JSAs), and Method Statements.
• Monitoring adherence to company, client, and regulatory HSE requirements through regular inspections, audits, and the implementation of corrective actions.
• Managing all HSE records, including Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), Site Observation Reports (SORs), incident investigations, performance reports, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and dashboards.
• Coordinating HSE-related meetings, training sessions, toolbox talks, emergency drills, and awareness programs to foster a safety-conscious workforce.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the HSE framework and ensuring effective communication channels with project teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess the following qualifications and experience:

• A Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in HSE roles, with a focus on construction, infrastructure, or civil projects.
• Demonstrated experience in preparing HSE documentation, conducting Risk Assessments, developing Method Statements, and generating compliance reports.
• A solid understanding of Saudi HSE regulations, client-specific requirements, and international HSE best practices.
• Proven experience in managing NCRs, corrective actions, conducting inspections and audits, and HSE reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience utilizing Power BI for HSE dashboards and KPI reporting is highly preferred.
• Professional certifications such as NEBOSH IGC, IOSH, or equivalent are preferred.
