Swissôtel Al Maqam is a deluxe five-star hotel located within the Abraj Al Bait complex in Makkah. It offers 1624 rooms and suites and is situated in close proximity to the holy Masjid Al Haram, overlooking the Ka’aba and the Grand Mosque. The hotel is part of a new urban development that includes dining facilities, an executive lounge, meeting rooms, and a business center, with private entrances for guest convenience.

Key Responsibilities

• Consistently offer a professional and friendly greeting to guests.
• Provide engaging service throughout the guest experience.
• Assist guests with food and beverage menu inquiries in an informative and helpful manner.
• Adhere to all outlet policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Capacity to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Prior experience working with Micros or a related system is advantageous.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
