We are currently seeking passionate and dynamic guest-focused housekeeping professionals who pride themselves on delivering extraordinary customer service and providing creative solutions for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive work assignments, keys, and supplies from the supervisor and sign the key log book accurately.
  • Clean rooms and bathrooms, performing various cleaning duties.
  • Ensure fire exits and stairways are clear of obstructions.
  • Report any maintenance work required immediately.
  • Maintain cleanliness in guest corridors, service pantries, and service areas.
  • Inform valet service to collect guests' clothes for laundry, dry cleaning, or pressing services.

Skills and Experience:
You should ideally have vocational training within the Housekeeping Department of a hotel. A good command of English is an advantage. The ideal candidate will be friendly, caring, and dedicated, with excellent cross-cultural sensitivity and a passion for customer service.
