Role Overview: An Executive Housekeeper is responsible for overseeing all housekeeping operations to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while evaluating guest satisfaction and setting department targets and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee housekeeping operations and ensure compliance to standards.
  • Manage Laundry Operations effectively.
  • Evaluate Guest satisfaction levels and monitor trends for continuous improvement.
  • Operate within departmental budgets through effective stock and cost controls.
  • Set departmental targets, work schedules, and policies.
  • Inspect all fixtures for compliance with standards.
  • Monitor the performance of the Housekeeping/Laundry Team with training and teamwork emphasis.
  • Ensure team members are knowledgeable about room categories and amenities.
  • Maintain communication with all hotel areas and external suppliers.
  • Ensure appropriate staffing levels cover business demands.
  • Conduct ongoing training and meetings.
  • Manage staff performance and recruitment.
  • Assist other departments when necessary.

What We Are Looking For:
  • Housekeeping/laundry experience in hotel/leisure/retail sector in a managerial capacity.
  • A successful track record of managing large teams.
  • High school certificate or equivalent.
  • Commercial awareness and cost control capabilities.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and flexibility in work situations.
  • IT proficiency and intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational skills and passion for guest service.
