Role Overview

2P Perfect Presentation is seeking an IT Technical Support Supervisor to oversee technical support operations and ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of the organization's IT infrastructure. This full-time role, based in Jeddah or Makkah, involves leading technical support activities, coordinating infrastructure services, and ensuring the timely resolution of technical incidents while maintaining high service quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily Technical Support operations and Service Desk activities.
  • Lead and mentor Technical Support Engineers.
  • Monitor IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, and network devices.
  • Ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
  • Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
  • Maintain IT assets and infrastructure documentation.
  • Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and service quality metrics.
  • Perform root cause analysis for recurring technical issues.
  • Coordinate with Infrastructure, Network, and Security teams.
  • Prepare operational reports and recommend service improvements.
  • Ensure business continuity through proactive infrastructure monitoring.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate for this position is a hands-on technical leader with a strong foundation in infrastructure knowledge and excellent troubleshooting capabilities. This role requires a commitment to delivering outstanding IT support services within a dynamic, forward-looking environment.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 5-10 years of experience in IT technical support, with previous experience supervising or leading an IT support team.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments.
  • ITIL certification is preferred.

Location and Work Type

This is a full-time position based in the Makkah region, specifically in Jeddah or Makkah, Saudi Arabia.
