About the Key Account Engineer Role

TASC Outsourcing is seeking motivated and ambitious Saudi Engineering Graduates for a full-time Key Account Engineer position. This role is based in Jeddah and Makkah, Saudi Arabia, offering an entry-level opportunity with 0-1 years of experience required. The position involves promoting engineering products and solutions, building client relationships, and supporting project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote engineering products and solutions to clients.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Conduct customer visits across various locations in Saudi Arabia.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals for clients.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Provide support for both pre-sales and post-sales activities.
• Maintain accurate customer records using CRM systems such as Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• Fresh graduate or candidate with entry-level experience (0-1 years).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• A customer-oriented mindset is required.
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in English.
• Good computer skills.
• Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia for client visits.
• Demonstrated interest in technical sales and account management.

Work Environment and Support

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah. The role operates on a five-day work week and is customer-facing, involving frequent field visits. A flexible work arrangement is available, with the possibility of working from home when not engaged in client visits, subject to business requirements. Comprehensive training will be provided to successful candidates.
