Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor guest activity around the pool to ensure their safety and well-being.
  • Prevent accidents and respond quickly to emergencies.
  • Administer First Aid or CPR when necessary, and report incidents accurately.
  • Ensure safety equipment is in functional condition.
  • Enforce pool rules respectfully.
  • Assist in the daily cleaning and maintenance of water facilities.
  • Help guests with their inquiries in a friendly manner.

What We Need From You:
  • Certification in Lifeguarding, CPR, and First Aid.
  • Previous lifeguarding experience in a resort or hotel is preferred.
  • Strong swimming abilities and calmness in stressful situations.
  • Excellent observation skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Fluency in Arabic; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Ability to work outdoors and adapt to flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
