The Role: Local Center Director

Berlitz Saudi Arabia is seeking a Local Center Director to lead the daily operations and overall performance of its branch in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This is a contract position that requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of the learning center.
• Manage teams to ensure operational efficiency and performance.
• Drive revenue generation for the branch.
• Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service standards.

Candidate Profile

Qualifications and Experience

• Over 10 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Strong background in Education and Training, with experience in managing or coordinating learning programs.
• Demonstrated strong organizational, time management, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Preferred: Sales experience in language or professional skills training within Saudi Arabia.
