Join Hilton as a Maintenance Engineer!
As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for all maintenance issues within the hotel to ensure an exceptional experience for our guests and members. Your role will include performing daily checks, repairing mechanical equipment, and coordinating renovation projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and address maintenance issues within the hotel.
  • Conduct daily maintenance checks and perform repairs.
  • Diagnose, maintain, and repair mechanical equipment.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Ensure all hotel fixtures and fittings are safe and address unsafe situations promptly.
  • Develop and implement emergency programs and energy conservation initiatives.
  • Coordinate renovation projects to ensure cost-effective quality work.
  • Conduct monthly safety inspections and ensure employee training.

Requirements:
We are looking for candidates who possess:
  • Advanced knowledge of building management and engineering.
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Commitment to high customer service standards.
  • Ability to work independently under pressure.
  • Previous management experience is preferred.

Experience in first aid and vocational training in engineering or a similar field will be advantageous.

  • Hands-on experience with automotive manufacturing equipment.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is beneficial.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.
  • Strong mechanical systems knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to read technical drawings.
  • Experience with CMMS is a plus.
  • Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with SolidWorks/CAD.
  • Ability to handle physical aspects of the job.
