  • Providing quality of service through regular and proactive communication with customers.
  • Executing service visits, including planned maintenance and repairs, ensuring adherence to safety practices.
  • Managing site risks and maintaining excellent relationships with customers and end-users.
  • Identifying needs for unplanned service repairs and obtaining necessary approvals.
  • Contributing to product and safety improvements through feedback.
Are You the One?
You should have a diploma or high school education in electrical or mechanical fields, a minimum of three years' experience, and excellent communication skills in a multi-national team. This position is exclusively open to Saudi Nationals.

  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
