About the Role

Awraad Hotel is seeking a full-time Maintenance Supervisor to join its team in Makkah. This role is responsible for overseeing all hotel maintenance operations to ensure facilities are safe, functional, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily maintenance operations across the hotel premises.
• Oversee and manage both preventive maintenance schedules and repair work.
• Lead, guide, and support the maintenance team to ensure efficient performance.
• Respond promptly to all maintenance requests and emergency situations.
• Ensure all hotel facilities, equipment, and guest rooms are maintained to a high standard of safety and condition.
• Monitor the work of external contractors and maintain accurate maintenance records.
• Ensure strict compliance with all relevant safety and regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in maintenance supervision, with a preference for experience within the hotel industry.
• Comprehensive knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proven ability to lead a team and effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and standard maintenance procedures.
• Basic computer skills and experience with maintenance management systems.
• Possession of a technical diploma or certification in Maintenance, Engineering, or a closely related field.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position based in Makkah, with responsibilities potentially extending to operations in Jeddah.
