As a pivotal player in our marketing team, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing localized marketing strategies aimed at enhancing our brand presence and engaging customers across various stores in the Riyadh region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Regional Marketing Strategy & Localization: Tailor regional marketing plans to suit customer demographics and preferences.
  • Campaign Planning & Execution: Lead and execute regional promotions, seasonal campaigns, and in-store activations.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Align strategies with the Head Office and manage communication with store managers.
  • Customer Insights & Market Intelligence: Conduct market analysis and track competitor activities.
  • Budget & Vendor Management: Manage the regional marketing budget and oversee vendor relationships.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track and evaluate the performance of marketing activations and campaigns.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 5–7 years of marketing experience, ideally in retail or FMCG.
  • Experience in managing regional marketing operations.
  • Understanding of Riyadh market dynamics.

Qualifications:
