About FansPass

FansPass (فانز باس) is a Saudi-based ticketing marketplace specializing in sports and entertainment events across the MENA region. The company is seeking a full-time Marketing Specialist to join its team in Jeddah or Makkah.

The Role

The Marketing Specialist will support the planning and execution of marketing activities across the business. This role is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience and requires an individual who is organized, commercially minded, and creative, capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment. The specialist will contribute to bringing campaigns to life, coordinating marketing initiatives, and ensuring strong execution across relevant customer touchpoints to support measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and day-to-day execution.
  • Translate business priorities into clear marketing actions and briefs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure effective and timely campaign delivery.
  • Support the development of campaign messaging, promotional materials, and customer-facing communications.
  • Coordinate creative requirements and ensure marketing assets align with campaign objectives.
  • Support digital marketing activities across relevant channels.
  • Monitor campaign performance and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts.
  • Track key marketing metrics and prepare clear performance updates.
  • Conduct market, audience, and competitor research to identify relevant opportunities and trends.
  • Support new launches, promotions, seasonal initiatives, and other business priorities.
  • Maintain organized marketing calendars, trackers, briefs, and campaign documentation.
  • Manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience supporting or executing marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and customer journeys.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong commercial mindset and understanding of marketing's contribution to business growth.
  • Comfortable working with data and utilizing performance insights for improved execution.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to write clear briefs and customer-facing marketing copy.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of taking ownership.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with team members.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Good understanding of Saudi and Gulf audiences and their digital behavior.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in a fast-growing consumer business, marketplace, e-commerce, entertainment, sports, travel, or technology environment.
  • Experience working in a startup or high-growth company.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and analytics tools.
  • Experience working across multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Interest in sports, entertainment, and live experiences.
