About the MEP Planning Engineer Role

Work Gateway is seeking a dedicated MEP Planning Engineer for a full-time, on-site position in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This role is essential for the strategic planning and execution of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) projects. The successful candidate will contribute to ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to high quality standards, supporting the company's project management objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage project scheduling for all MEP-related activities.
• Develop and implement detailed production plans for efficient resource allocation and operational efficiency.
• Track project progress meticulously against established timelines and milestones.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Analyze project data to identify potential risks, optimize plans, and propose solutions for improving project outcomes.
• Ensure timely project delivery while adhering to all quality standards.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Strong expertise in Planning and Project Control to ensure the timely execution of tasks and milestones.
• Excellent Analytical Skills to evaluate data, manage timelines, and propose solutions for improving project outcomes.
• Proficiency in Production Planning to allocate resources effectively and enhance operational efficiency.
• Strong Communication skills for clear coordination with teams, stakeholders, and management.
• Educational background in Engineering or a related field.
• Previous experience in MEP project planning and management.
• Proficiency with specialized planning tools like Primavera P6 or similar software.
