About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Personal Assistant to the General Manager for its team in Mecca, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves providing essential administrative support to the General Manager and department managers. The position contributes to delivering memorable experiences for guests by ensuring efficient daily operations within the hotel environment.

Key Responsibilities

The Personal Assistant performs a range of administrative and support functions, including:

  • Providing administrative support for daily office operations, including word processing, data entry, filing, and copying.
  • Responding promptly and professionally to all guest interactions.
  • Managing communications by answering telephones, handling email correspondence, and processing other communications efficiently.
  • Coordinating and managing travel arrangements and bookings for department managers.
  • Assisting with departmental initiatives and ad-hoc assignments as required.

Required Experience

This role is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of relevant experience in an administrative or support capacity. A foundational understanding of office operations and administrative tasks is expected.
