Alesayi Holding is seeking a Procurement Manager to join its team in Jeddah and Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to the company's sourcing operations, focusing on leading category execution and driving value across the procurement function.

The Role

The Procurement Manager will manage the full procurement lifecycle, deliver cost savings, and build strong supplier relationships within a fast-paced services environment. This position requires a hands-on procurement professional with demonstrated experience in Saudi Arabia and a proven track record of achieving results in procurement operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle and category execution.
• Lead spend analysis, cost control initiatives, and procurement savings delivery.
• Handle supplier evaluation, Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), risk assessment, and continuity management.
• Draft, negotiate, and administer contracts throughout their lifecycle.
• Ensure governance, compliance, controls, and approval workflow management.
• Support Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), demand planning, and stakeholder coordination.
• Provide client-facing service support and foster cross-functional business partnering.
• Drive the adoption of ERP procurement modules, e-procurement solutions, and automation.
• Own data analytics, reporting, and performance dashboards for procurement activities.
• Lead change management and process improvement initiatives within the procurement function.
• Supervise, develop, and build team capability.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in procurement.
• At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within procurement.
• Demonstrated experience working in Saudi Arabia (KSA).

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in the Makkah region, specifically covering operations in Jeddah and Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The role operates within a dynamic services environment, requiring adaptability and strong operational focus.
