Join Our Team as a Production Supervisor!

At Pharmaceutical Solutions Industry Ltd (PSI), we pride ourselves on leading the injectable manufacturing market in the MENA region. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to ensure our production line operates efficiently and meets the highest quality standards.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Supervise production line operations as per shift schedule and manage manpower effectively.
  • Monitor processes to ensure compliance with cGMP guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Manage line functions and resources to achieve targeted product quality.
  • Optimize human and equipment resources to meet production efficiencies.
  • Conduct product and material reconciliation and maintain accurate batch documentation.
  • Ensure proper line clearance before commencing production.
  • Maintain timely documentation of logbooks, batch manufacturing records, and timely closing of batch orders.
  • Report abnormalities and take corrective steps in collaboration with the shift in charge or assistant manager.
  • Ensure availability of all materials for the next day’s batch packaging.
  • Identify training needs for junior staff and ensure compliance with SOPs and safety regulations.
  • Monitor cleanliness and hygiene on the shop floor.
  • Provide feedback for workforce and scheduling improvements.
  • Evaluate batch rejects for root cause analysis.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Science or a Technical Diploma.

Experience:
  • 5 - 10 years of experience in a pharmaceutical company.
