Your Role:
The Technical Support Specialist will support Siemens Energy Automation Business and enhance customer satisfaction through:
  • Providing superior customer experience through various contact methods.
  • Logging queries and managing tickets using Siemens support tools.
  • Prioritizing and addressing customer inquiries based on urgency.
  • Replicating customer issues and preparing timely solutions.
  • Inspecting devices and managing warranty processes.
  • Promoting Siemens technologies to customers.

What You Will Need:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering with a focus on Power Systems.
  • 3-5 years of experience in protection and automation.
  • Strong technical knowledge of protection devices and applications.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel across Saudi Arabia.

  • Strong knowledge of VAT, ZATCA regulations, and accounting standards.
  • Excellent organizational skills and accuracy.
  • Able to manage accounts for multiple branches efficiently.
