Your Role:
The Technical Support Specialist will support Siemens Energy Automation Business and enhance customer satisfaction through:

Providing superior customer experience through various contact methods.
Logging queries and managing tickets using Siemens support tools.
Prioritizing and addressing customer inquiries based on urgency.
Replicating customer issues and preparing timely solutions.
Inspecting devices and managing warranty processes.
Promoting Siemens technologies to customers.

What You Will Need:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering with a focus on Power Systems.
3-5 years of experience in protection and automation.
Strong technical knowledge of protection devices and applications.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web analytics tools.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Willingness to travel across Saudi Arabia.
