Join Our Team as a Purchasing Specialist!
We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Purchasing Specialist to join our team at شركة عنان العقارية. The ideal candidate will have a solid accounting background with experience in procurement processes, cost control, and vendor management, preferably within the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the procurement process, including sourcing, vendor evaluation, and purchase order preparation.
  • Obtain and evaluate quotations to ensure cost efficiency and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to understand purchasing needs and specifications.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to achieve the best pricing and contractual terms.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure proper documentation.
  • Monitor purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and financial procedures.
  • Coordinate with the finance department for invoice verification and payment processing.
  • Support cost analysis and budgeting related to procurement activities.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in purchasing or procurement roles.
  • Experience in the real estate industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement procedures and supplier management.
  • Good understanding of cost control and financial processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems & Odoo system is highly preferable.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience managing procurement for construction projects, property management, or real estate development.
  • Familiarity with procurement systems and vendor management platforms.
