Join Napco National as a Purchasing Officer!
We are seeking a dedicated Purchasing Officer to help manage our procurement processes and maintain excellent relationships with our vendors and clients. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining accurate records of purchased products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet with vendors and clients to process orders.
  • Liaise with delivery and warehouse teams to ensure goods are received on time.
  • Inspect purchased products upon delivery and report any issues timely.
  • Update all records of purchased products.
  • Write reports on purchases made and perform cost analysis.
  • Attend and contribute to meetings with staff and stakeholders.
  • Process order purchasing of required items based on purchasing order directions.
  • Notify about market price differences to make informed decisions.
  • Scan invoices with “Received Date” and Delivery Note number, prepare daily Delivery Notes, and relay them to CBU Coordinators.
  • Deliver purchased items to stores and seek their signature on Delivery Notes.
  • Handle claims with suppliers whenever needed.
