We are seeking a dedicated Purchasing Clerk to support the negotiation of contracts, ensuring the acquisition of required goods and maintaining accurate records related to transactions and vendor performance at Spark by Hilton Makkah Azizyah.

What We Are Looking For:
A Purchasing Clerk serving Hilton brands should possess strong financial knowledge with the ability to manage budgets, be computer literate with good MS Excel skills, and have excellent time management and organizational abilities. Experience in the hotel/leisure sector and in a similar purchasing role is highly advantageous.

We are seeking a dedicated Purchasing Clerk to support the negotiation of contracts, ensuring the acquisition of required goods and maintaining accurate records related to transactions and vendor performance at Spark by Hilton Makkah Azizyah.
Key Responsibilities:
- Obtain competitive quotations for hotel requirements, ensuring the best products are sourced and purchased.
- Maintain current information on locally Nominated suppliers.
- Manage the database of active local contracts with suppliers.
- Ensure the Purchasing Manual is up-to-date.
- Adhere to quality procedures and standards, ensuring compliance with Hilton policies.
- Maintain records for all budgets and keep senior managers informed of updates.
- Ensure a comprehensive system for allocating and reconciling purchase orders.
- Monitor areas of purchasing, including contracts and leases.
- Prepare month-end accounts reports accurately and timely.
- Execute tasks as instructed by Hotel Management.
