About the Role

Riyad Bank is seeking a Relationship Manager for its Affluent Banking division. This full-time position is based in the Makkah region, specifically in Jeddah and Makkah. The role involves building, managing, and maintaining relationships with affluent banking customers by offering tailored financial products and services.

Core Responsibilities

The primary focus of this role is to achieve sales and revenue targets for both existing and new affluent clients, while also ensuring customer profitability. A key aspect of the position is to provide solutions that meet client needs and to maintain high credit quality within the Affluent Banking credit portfolio.

Operational Duties

• Adhere to all relevant departmental policies, processes, and standard operating procedures to ensure consistent and controlled work execution.
• Manage day-to-day operations related to the role to ensure continuity of work.
• Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices, aligning with international best practices, business process enhancement, cost reduction, and productivity improvement.
• Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate reports for Riyad Bank to meet company and department requirements, policies, and standards.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, with a preference for a specialization in Finance or Accounting. The role requires a minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience in the banking sector, specifically 6-8 years of direct experience in affluent banking or a related client relationship management capacity.

Language Proficiency

Fluency in Arabic is required. Advanced proficiency in English is also necessary for effective communication and client interaction.

This is a full-time position located in the Makkah region, with responsibilities spanning the cities of Jeddah and Makkah.
