We are currently seeking passionate and dynamic Sales professionals to join our team as Sales Coordinators. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle all administrative requirements of the sales office.
  • Maintain an organized and systematic filing system for easy accessibility to required data.
  • Prepare and type sales team’s offer letters, maintaining an updated sales database.
  • Compose communications on behalf of the Director of Sales and other executives.
  • Manage all incoming calls and guest inquiries, ensuring prompt follow-up.
  • Ensure timely submission of the sales month-end report.
  • Communicate effectively at all levels within the organization.

Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates with a college diploma and relevant work experience. Proficiency in English and good computer skills are essential, and additional languages are an advantage.
