Introduction:
Qeem Educational Company aims to appoint a School Principal to lead the teaching and learning operations and ensure the achievement of educational goals. This role aims to supervise the educational process and develop the educational environment according to the approved educational model.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervising the teaching and learning operations at the stage.
  • Leading the development of the school's operational plan and following up on its implementation.
  • Distributing tasks to school staff according to the approved regulations.
  • Improving the internal environment of the schools and spreading the culture of institutional educational work.
  • Organizing and preparing the facilities for the stage before the start of the school year.
  • Determining the needs of the stage from the educational and administrative body.
  • Supervising the performance of the educational and administrative body and following up on their achievements.
  • Participating in job interviews for stage staff.
  • Developing the capabilities of stage staff through training programs.
  • Building effective relationships with parents and the local community.
  • Preparing performance evaluation reports.
  • Following up on the students' academic achievement and progress.
