Role Overview

Bupa Arabia is seeking a Senior Associate Call Center (Outsource) Pipeline to join its team. This full-time role is based in Jiddah and Makkah, Saudi Arabia, and focuses on delivering a high level of customer service through professional communication and efficient issue resolution.

Core Responsibilities

• Maintain a thorough knowledge of all Bupa Arabia departments, its network, products, and services. This ensures customers receive accurate information regarding networks, treatments, paperwork requirements, and general queries.
• Identify and highlight any recurring problems, directing this information appropriately to facilitate prompt corrective actions.

System and Contract Interpretation

• Utilize and interpret multiple systems for tasks such as preauthorization, claims research, contract interpretation, and verifying provider network status.
• Demonstrate the capacity to understand and interpret both client and provider contracts effectively during interactions with callers.

Customer Satisfaction and Complaint Resolution

• Provide consistent customer satisfaction to both internal and external customers, striving for continuous improvement in service delivery.
• Deal competently with customer complaints, taking all possible actions to resolve issues to their fullest satisfaction with minimal intervention from supervisors.
