About Bupa Arabia and the Senior Associate Provider Support Role

Bupa Arabia is seeking a Senior Associate Provider Support to join its team in Jiddah and Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This contract position is designed for professionals with 0-1 years of experience who are looking to contribute to the efficient administration and maintenance of provider networks within the healthcare sector.

Role Purpose and Contribution

The primary objective of this role is to accomplish contract administration, pricing, coding, data extraction, and network system maintenance. The Senior Associate will implement agreed departmental action plans and rules to achieve system efficiencies within defined timescales, ensuring operational excellence in provider support functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain contract uniformity, standards, and regulatory compliance with all providers.
  • Coordinate the logistics for contracting new providers, adding new service codes, and renewing existing contracts.
  • Ensure provider files and system data are complete, updated, and consistent with all agreements and amendments.
  • Monitor and update systems for contract expiration dates and regulatory licensing to facilitate timely renewals.
  • Review provider coding, identify, and remove redundant or duplicate codes.
  • Extract necessary data for service benchmarking and maintain updated master sheets for benchmarks.
  • Conduct price comparisons against benchmarks as required.
  • Collect regular statements' data of invalid service codes and billing above agreed prices for resolution.
  • Coordinate internally and externally for the resolution of coding and pricing defaults.
  • Upload new prices, contracts, and amendments into operating systems.
  • Review the first three statements of providers with new price amendments to ensure compliance.
  • Report system and statement errors to the line manager regularly.
  • Ensure network changes are updated in the systems and maintain updated master sheets for provider network distribution.
  • Monitor providers, physicians, and service finder for website support and development.
  • Extract referral data and reports to monitor the implementation of referral rules.
  • Coordinate with operating teams and technical stakeholders regarding contract additions, deletions, amendments, and significant milestones.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 0-1 years of professional experience in a related administrative or support role.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage administrative tasks and data entry with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in data extraction, analysis, and reporting.
  • Effective communication and coordination skills for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work efficiently within agreed timescales and departmental guidelines.

Work Type and Location

This is a contract position based in Jiddah and Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The role requires on-site presence to effectively manage provider support activities within the specified regions.
