About the Role

RiDiK, a subsidiary of CLPS Incorporation (NASDAQ: CLPS) and a global technology solutions provider, announces its need for an experienced Senior Test Manager to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah Al-Mukarramah, Saudi Arabia. This role aims to lead a significant Quality Engineering (QE) transformation within the banking sector, focusing on Core Banking, Digital Banking, Payments, and other vital financial services areas. The successful candidate will oversee large-scale testing initiatives to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions for daily operations, change requests, regulatory compliance, and strategic transformations. This position is a contract role within a dynamic and growing organization committed to leveraging cutting-edge technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Computing, Big Data, and Blockchain to shape the future of technology across industries.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the overall test strategy, planning, execution, governance, and release management across various banking programs.
  • Lead comprehensive testing efforts for Business As Usual (BAU) activities, Change Requests (CRs), regulatory programs, production releases, and strategic transformation initiatives.
  • Drive the Quality Engineering (QE) transformation by supporting automation, continuous testing practices, and adopting AI/GenAI technologies throughout the testing lifecycle.
  • Establish governance for key quality metrics, including Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and dashboards, to ensure release readiness, effective risk management, and robust defect prevention frameworks.
  • Manage and lead large, distributed teams, including implementation partners, and oversee multi-threaded delivery programs.
  • Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, technology teams, the Project Management Office (PMO), and executive leadership to ensure predictable and high-quality releases.
  • Foster a "Quality First" and "Automation First" mindset, embedding quality principles from requirements to production, and promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum of 20 years of experience in Testing/Quality Engineering (QE), with at least 15 years in leadership roles managing testing.
  • Extensive and strong banking sector experience, particularly covering Core Banking, Digital Banking, Payments (including SWIFT, RTGS, ACH, Cards, ISO 20022), Corporate & Retail Banking, Treasury & Trade Finance, and Mobile, Internet, and Multi-channel banking.
  • Proven experience working with banks in Saudi Arabia (KSA) and the broader GCC region.
  • Demonstrated experience in test governance, quality metrics, release management, risk management, and executive stakeholder management.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, test automation, API testing, performance testing, and AI-driven testing.
  • Experience managing large QE teams (50+ members) and working with multi-vendor delivery models.
