In this role, you will be an essential part of our Procurement, Purchasing, and Quality Assurance team, contributing to the smooth operation of our storeroom at W Riyadh - KAFD. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Receiving and organizing merchandise by department, ensuring proper location within the facilities.
  • Stacking received goods on pallets or carts and filling out supply request forms.
  • Notifying management of low inventory levels and inspecting deliveries for freshness, cleanliness, and quality.
  • Following food safety guidelines and policies related to all food areas.
  • Maintaining cleanliness of refrigeration units, freezers, and work areas.
  • Reporting accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management.

Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: No prior experience is necessary; we welcome candidates eager to learn.
Skills: Clear communication with guests and colleagues, ability to lift and transport objects up to 50 pounds, standing or walking for extended periods.

  • Verify and tally shipments with delivery documents, ensuring accuracy.
  • Report discrepancies to the Purchasing Department for corrective action.
  • Issue spare parts and consumables based on approved requests.
  • Submit all required financial documents related to inventory transactions to the Finance Department.
  • Adhere to company regulations regarding work schedules, assignments, and behavior.
  • Follow safety and food safety protocols during duty hours.
  • Ensure compliance with company financial procedures in controlling spare parts.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of stock movement and provide reports to management.
  • Support engineers in ordering and tracking spare parts for overhauls.
  • Conduct and document monthly and yearly inventory audits.
  • Submit required reports on time with accuracy.
  • Support project tasks assigned by the maintenance team.
