Position Overview:
We are seeking a Global Supply Manager at our manufacturing site in King Abdullah Economic City, Saudi Arabia. You will be pivotal in managing procurement for construction and sourcing of both indirect and direct materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead procurement for construction plans across Saudi Arabia.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Manufacturing teams to identify qualified suppliers.
  • Prepare RFPs, evaluate quotations, and develop sourcing recommendations.
  • Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and manage supplier relationships.
  • Manage supplier timelines and performance for construction packages.
  • Support budgeting and cost control for capital and operational expenditures.
  • Act as the point of contact for assigned suppliers across construction and direct materials categories.
  • Travel 1015% for supplier site visits and business reviews.

Skills Required:
  • 1015 years of experience in procurement or supply chain, specifically in construction and direct materials procurement.
  • Professional certification in procurement or supply chain is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and supplier management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication skills with attention to detail.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Construction Management, or related discipline; MBA preferred.
