We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic person to join our team at Totrendi, specializing in women's fashion. You will be part of our telephone sales and customer service team.

Responsibilities:
  • Making calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
  • Clearly and convincingly explaining the advantages of offers and products.
  • Achieving monthly sales targets set by management.
  • Accurately entering and updating customer data in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Following up with potential customers and converting them into actual customers.
  • Handling objections and responding to customer inquiries professionally.
  • Answering customer calls and inquiries and providing appropriate solutions to their problems.
  • Providing technical or advisory support regarding products or orders.
  • Monitoring complaints or open requests and ensuring they are resolved within the stipulated time.
  • Building a relationship of trust and satisfaction with customers to maintain their loyalty.
  • Acting as a link between the customer and other departments (such as shipping or technical support).

Required Skills:
  • Fluency in speech and high communication skills.
  • Persuasion skills and the ability to deal with different types of customers.
  • Proficiency in using computers and customer management systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve goals.
  • Discipline at work and attention to detail.
