About the Role

Kinetic Business Solutions is partnering with a leading Pharmaceutical company to recruit a Warehouse Technician. This is a full-time position based in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on managing comprehensive warehouse operations within a regulated environment.

Role Overview

The Warehouse Technician will be responsible for overseeing all daily warehouse activities, ensuring strict adherence to cGMP and company quality standards. This position is critical for maintaining efficient material flow, accurate inventory, and compliance across all warehouse functions, supporting production and packaging operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily warehouse operations in compliance with cGMP and company quality standards.
  • Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials, including temperature-sensitive products.
  • Ensure accurate warehouse documentation and inventory transactions within the ERP system.
  • Coordinate the timely supply of materials to production and packaging departments.
  • Develop and maintain warehouse Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and manage deviations, investigations, and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs).
  • Support internal, regulatory, and customer audits to ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Manage warehouse resources, including budgets, equipment, and service contracts.
  • Lead, train, and develop the warehouse team to foster operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and contribute to departmental objectives.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in warehouse management, specifically within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, FMCG, or food manufacturing industry.

Required Skills and Attributes

  • Strong knowledge of cGMP, warehouse operations, and inventory management best practices.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems, with a preference for SAP experience.
  • Proven experience in managing audits, SOPs, deviations, CAPAs, and quality documentation.
  • Demonstrated leadership, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and planning abilities.
