The cashier's job includes receiving customers and completing sales operations and cash and electronic collections accurately, issuing invoices, and ensuring that the amounts inside the cash register match at the beginning and end of the shift, while providing professional customer service and dealing politely with customers, maintaining the order and cleanliness of the cashier area and its immediate surroundings, assisting in arranging and stocking shelves and organizing products in case there are no customers, cooperating with the team to support the operation within the branch, adhering to company policies and systems and daily operational instructions, in addition to handling work pressure and daily responsibilities and continuously reporting any operational notes or problems to the direct supervisor, and contributing to the success and development of work and improving the customer experience within the branch.
