About the Opportunity
Baytonia is seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team in Al Madinah Al Munawwarah, Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position designed for an individual with 5 to 10 years of relevant experience who is committed to delivering exceptional service and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Role Purpose
The Customer Service Representative serves as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively. This role is crucial in maintaining customer satisfaction and fostering positive relationships through professional and efficient support across various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries across various communication channels, including calls, messages, and social media platforms.
- Proactively follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with services and resolutions.
- Efficiently handle customer complaints, providing appropriate and timely solutions.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams to facilitate the resolution of customer requests and issues.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and resolutions.
Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in a customer service role is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is considered a plus.
Required Skills and Attributes
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns effectively.
- Good command of the English language.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure.
