Job Description

The opportunity is available for graduate interns, Co-op Training students, as well as experienced individuals in operations and event organization.<br>&nbsp;<br>(A): Job Information and Duration</p><p>1. Job Title</p><p>Project and Operations Management Specialist (PMO &amp; Event Management Specialist) at the Saudi Surgical Academy.</p><p>2. Contract Type and Duration</p><p>o Contract Type: Full-time.</p><p>o Contract Duration: One (1) year, renewable, with a commitment to working 8 hours per day, 6 days per week.</p><p>3. Financial Compensation</p><p>o A fixed monthly compensation will be agreed upon.</p><p>o Payment will be made at the end of each Gregorian month.</p><p>4. Travel</p><p>o Travel will be limited, with the possibility of local travel in the first year as deemed necessary by the company to carry out activities and tasks.</p><p>5. Industry/Activity</p><p>o The Saudi Surgical Academy operates in the field of education and medical event management.</p><p>(B): Scope of Work and Key Responsibilities&nbsp; (Examples, but not limited to):</p><p>1. Operational Roles&nbsp;</p><p>o Smooth execution of administrative tasks and educational programs.</p><p>o Development and implementation of effective operational mechanisms to improve service quality and optimal resource utilization.</p><p>o Supervision of online activities across social media platforms.</p><p>o Provision and securing of essential operational resources.</p><p>2. Event Management and Media Coverage&nbsp;</p><p>o Planning and overseeing educational events, workshops, and conferences, ensuring professional execution.</p><p>o Managing all logistical aspects of events, including coordinating venues, trainer schedules, and suppliers.</p><p>o Developing and implementing media campaigns to promote events, including social media engagement and targeted marketing campaigns.</p><p>o Ensuring distinguished media coverage of key events in the medical and surgical fields.<br><br></p><p>3.
