Job Description

Design and implement training and development programs that meet the needs of the organization. Evaluate employee performance and analyze their training needs based on the evaluation results. Follow developments in human resources and apply best practices in workforce development. Organize workshops and internal training programs or in collaboration with external parties. Support the human resources management in developing strategies for performance improvement and increasing productivity. Manage training and development files and follow up on performance reports. Provide consultations and support to employees and managers regarding professional training and development. Analyze human resources data to identify skill gaps and work on closing them. Develop career path plans for employees to enhance promotions and rewards.
